Al Mihrab is a non-profit association founded in Brussels in 2019. Its mission is to transmit the Islamic sciences with the required academic rigour, through a reading conceived for the European context.
The association brings together a teaching institute, a programme of spiritual trips, public activities and support for the Belgian and French-speaking Muslim community. It contributes positively to living together, to dialogue and to bringing peoples closer.
A three-year Master in Islamic Sciences, thematic modules, seminars and lectures led by 14 professors.
An annual Umrah, spiritual and cultural trips (Jordan, Senegal, Egypt & Turkey), spiritual retreats in the Ardennes.
Lectures open to the public, workshops, community events, interfaith dialogue.
Spiritual guidance, sadaqa jariya, charitable projects and solidarity programmes.
A volunteer team committed to keeping the institute running day to day.
